This session is intended to provide insight on the qualities of an effective 1:1 program by describing the strategies, struggles and successes of the 1:1 iPad program, known as One to World at Korea International School between 2012 and 2015. The session tracks the progression from proposal through to launch, detailing keys aspects of the partnerships formed between teachers, administration and parents - and how this in turn created a platform for classroom change. Finally, we will also share some of the technical aspects of the program that helped to make One to World a success. Presented by members of the team who proposed, developed and supported One to World. Audience: Teachers, coaches, and administrators working in or starting a 1:1 program
